Payment

Translation invoices are always due upon receipt, without delay.

For translations that are picked up at the office, payment is due upon handing over of the documents. For private orders, particularly those received electronically or by mail, advance payments may be requested.

Please understand the translations for overseas customers will be shipped following receipt of payment.
